Working for us – case studies
Adam Kent – Piping Engineer
My original plan was to study A-Levels before eventually going on to university to complete a degree. Instead of this I decided to follow the apprenticeship route, and believe this has been a better option for me, earning whilst gaining valuable work experience.
Working for Fabricom Offshore Services has given me a great opportunity to progress and the chance to complete various qualifications and training. The attention given to apprentices and trainees within the company is unique and the field of work we are in always provides new opportunities and job roles.
At Fabricom, the working atmosphere is friendly and relaxed and it’s been great gaining oil and gas industry knowledge and experience from my colleagues. The work is really interesting and I’ve enjoyed developing my drawing skills.
Stuart Dunn – Piping Engineer
There were a few reasons I chose Fabricom, but the most influential deciding factor was the dedication to their staff learning and development within the business.
The company provides graduates with the opportunity to build upon the knowledge gained in university and the skills necessary to implement that knowledge within the engineering industry.
